I took Dr. Z yoga class on a Saturday morning and it set my day up in the most positive way. I didn't realize that starting my morning with Dr. Z's yoga class would have a lasting effect on my energy, vibe and mental state for the entire day.
The class was small and intimate, which I liked because I'm new to yoga and I didn't feel intimidated with a bunch of yogis.
Dr. Z was thorough and made small suggestion with my technique, posture and form that made a huge difference. I even broke a sweat!
Dr. Z's voice was calm and comforting and her energy was motivating. I'm looking forward to her next class.
I've taken a few yoga classes from a number of yoga teachers working in different styles and her class is by far the best experience I've had.
I have an old wrist injury that means I needed to be careful about what I did and Dr. Z helped me modify postures as needed, it was both supportive and challenging.
I'd recommend her classes for all levels of practice.
Dr. Z was great! She had a calming presence and was very knowledgeable about yoga and offered modifications for a more gentle practice.
